We now have to issue the command "WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe /integrate:c:\XP-old".

After initiating the command, a window will popup in windows that tells you it is extracting the files.

This will take a little while to complete, and your computer may become unresponsive, but rest assured, the process should complete without any errors. After the extraction is completed another window will pop up telling you that it is integrating the files to create your new CD.

The process is almost finished now. There are only a couple of things left to do to complete it. When it is completely finished, a dialogue box will show telling you that the process has completed. You can click "OK" and get ready to move on.
This is the only semi-tricky part. You now have to extract some information from your original XP CD to make it bootable. To do this, you must download and install a program called "ISOBuster" from this link: http://www.isobusterdownload.org/isobuster_all_lang.zip . After the installation of the program is completed and it opens, it will ask you to purchase, or use the free version. You can use the free version, but it is nice to support those who make great utilities by buying their products.
