The case is brushed aluminum and black in color. The front door is notched to leave the front ports exposed. There are audio ports, 2 USB ports and 1 Firewire port. The front door also comes with a double hinge setup so the door can be folded flat against the side of the case. This is a nice feature if you like to leave the door open for easy access. The hinges are plastic, of course, like so many cases today.

The case itself has no side windows or any other bling factors. I prefer plain old functional cases myself. The sides are made of 2 layers of aluminum with a layer of plastic sandwiched between them. Because of the three layers, you get some sound dampening out of it. The front door is just an outer layer of aluminum over plastic.

Now let's look at the important stuff. There are no sharp edges inside the case; every edge of metal is rolled for your protection. This also helps with not damaging your cables.

There's room for 4x 5.25" external drives and 1x 3.50" external drive. A lot of people are not using floppy drives anymore since they are so outdated. I do use one for flashing BIOSes so I always install a floppy. Other uses would be for a card reader. The 3.50" bay is located between the two hard drive cages. This means you can use a very short cable with most motherboards. I was able to use a 10" single device cable with room to spare on my setup.
