It was about dinner time so I went to my local pizza parlor and ordered a large plain pie. After getting home and eating half of the thing, I decided to measure its temperature. The 3 remaining slices measured in at 106.5 degrees.

I didn't want anyone to feel left out, so I went and got my glass of lemonade from the living room and took a measurement of it. It measured 29.5 degrees.

I am an autophile and there is nothing I love more than my 3G; I figured why not go take a measurement of my baby since it brought me this wonderful meal. The front exhaust manifold shield measured 178.5 degrees.

In conclusion I believe that this is a great little device. It can be used for basically anything inside and outside of the home. For years almost 20 years I have been involved in the hobby of radio controlled car racing. Trust me, these things get hot and overheat. The ThermoHawk is a great way to measure my cars motors and speed controllers before they get to the point of failure. I used it all week at work to measure my cup of tea in the morning to wait for it to get to my desired drinking temperature of 145 degrees. The possibilities are endless.

Please note that this review was conducted with the ThermoHawk 200 model unit. The ThermoHawk 400 measures temperatures of up to 428 degrees Fahrenheit.
